parieto-occipital sulcus pa·ri·e·to-oc·cip·i·tal sulcus (pə-rī'ĭ-tō-ŏk-sĭp'ĭ-tl)
n.
A deep fissure on the medial surface of the cerebral cortex, marking the border between the parietal lobe and the cuneus of the occipital lobe. Also called parieto-occipital fissure.
