Pyrenean

At present there are none in France, except possibly a few in the Alpine and Pyrenean mountains.

Both the Martagon and the Pyrenean Lily have been found, but there is no doubt they are garden escapes.

They still, I am told, exist in the deep Pyrenean vallies, and are a most degraded race.

Taken all in all, Foix was one of the most delightful towns we found in all the Pyrenean itinerary.

I cannot conceive what Humboldt's Pyrenean violet is: no such is mentioned in Webb, and no alpine one at all.
