quadripedal extensor reflex quad·ri·ped·al extensor reflex (kwŏd'rə-pěd'l, -pēd'l)
n.
Extension of the arm on the affected side in hemiplegia when the patient is positioned to be on all fours. Also called Brain's reflex.
