Rafinesque

Rafinesque has also preserved for us the names of many of the vine-growers of his time.

Rafinesque, in 1830, described some three or four species within the bounds of what is now known as Vitis rotundifolia.

Lincecumii seems to have been first described by Rafinesque, in 1830 under the name Vitis multiloba.
