Reem\ (r?m), n. [Heb.] (Zo["o]l.) The Hebrew name of a horned wild animal, probably the Urus.

Note: In King James's Version it is called unicorn; in the Revised Version, wild ox. --Job xxxix. 9.

Reem\, v. t. [Cf. Ream to make a hole in.] (Naut.) To open (the seams of a vessel's planking) for the purpose of calking them.
