Rhi`zo*ceph"a*la\, n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. ??? root + ??? head.] (Zo["o]l.) A division of Pectostraca including saclike parasites of Crustacea. They adhere by rootlike extensions of the head. See Illusration in Appendix.
