Rising Bottom
A pattern on a security's chart that results from the daily low price rising with each successive day. Also called "ascending bottoms". 
The image displays a rising bottom, showing that each progressive day has a higher daily low.
Investopedia Commentary
This pattern is considered to be bullish. Rising bottoms signify increasing basic support levels and ascending tops.
