sacroposterior position sac·ro·pos·te·ri·or position (sāk'rō-pŏ-stēr'ē-ər, -pō-, sā'krō-)
A breech presentation of the fetus with the sacrum directed toward either the left or right rear quarter of the mother's pelvis.
