Sandhoff's disease Sand·hoff's disease (sānd'hôfs')
n.
A form of GM2 gangliosidosis that resembles Tay-Sachs disease except that it does not affect persons of Jewish descent, characterized by a defect in the production of two forms of hexosaminidase.
