Sau"ri*a\, n. pl. [NL., from Gr. ? a lizard.] (Zo["o]l.) A division of Reptilia formerly established to include the Lacertilia, Crocodilia, Dinosauria, and other groups. By some writers the name is restricted to the Lacertilia.
