sclerotylosis scle·ro·ty·lo·sis (sklēr'ō-tī-lō'sĭs)
n.
An inherited disorder associated with gastrointestinal cancer and marked by atrophic fibrosis of the skin, hypoplasia of the nails, and palmoplantar keratoderma. Also called scleroatrophy.
