Shelley, Percy Bysshe [(bish)]

A nineteenth-century English poet; one of the leaders of romanticism. His poems include “To a Skylark,” “Ode to the West Wind,” and “Ozymandias.” Like John Keats, he died at an early age.

Note: Shelley's second wife, Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley, wrote Frankenstein.
