Ndabaningi (əndabaˈnɪŋgɪ). 1920--2000, Zimbabwean clergyman and politician; leader of the Zimbabwe African National Union (1963--74). He was one of the negotiators of the internal settlement (1978) to pave the way for Black majority rule in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe)
