somatoliberin so·mat·o·lib·er·in (sō-māt'ə-lĭb'ər-ĭn, sō'mə-tə-)
A decapeptide that is released by the hypothalamus and induces the release of somatotropin. Also called growth hormone-releasing factor, somatotropin-releasing factor.
