Soulmate is always a great word to know.
So is quincunx. Does it mean:
an arrangement of five objects, as trees, in a square or rectangle, one at each corner and one in the middle.
a children's mummer's parade, as on the Fourth of July, with prizes for the best costumes.

Romantic types might say they seek the perfect soulmate but the revealed truth is more prosaic.
She met her soulmate and the two have committed themselves to each other.
Even more, the dating sites themselves can promote a sense of destiny or that one's soulmate is out there somewhere.
