Streptoneura

Strep`to*neu"ra\, n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. ? curved + ? a sinew.] (Zo["o]l.) An extensive division of gastropod Mollusca in which the loop or visceral nerves is twisted, and the sexes separate. It is nearly to equivalent to Prosobranchiata.
