submental artery

submental artery sub·men·tal artery (sŭb-měn'tl)
An artery with origin in the facial artery, with distribution to the mylohyoid muscle, the submandibular and sublingual glands, and the structures of the lower lip, and with anastomoses to the inferior labial and a branch of the inferior dental and sublingual arteries.
