Term Bond

An issue of bonds that all have the same maturity date.

Investopedia Commentary

Most corporate bonds are term bonds. Their time to maturity can range from short to long term. Upon maturity, the issuer pays all outstanding bondholders the amount owing. Term bonds can also be repaid prior to maturity if they are called or converted.
