Toped is always a great word to know.
So is quincunx. Does it mean:
a chattering or flighty, light-headed person.
an arrangement of five objects, as trees, in a square or rectangle, one at each corner and one in the middle.

Origin:
1645–55; variant of obsolete top to drink, in phrase top off (on the model of tip off to drink (a full helping) at a draught), special use of top to tilt. See topple
