triazolopyridine antidepressant tri·az·o·lo·pyr·i·dine antidepressant (trī-āz'ə-lō-pĭr'ĭ-dēn', -ā'zə-, -ə-zō'lō-)
Any of a class of antidepressants, such as trazodone, structurally and pharmacologically unrelated to other antidepressants, whose clinical effectiveness is similar to that of tricyclic antidepressants but with fewer anticholinergic side effects.
