Trichosporon Trich·o·spo·ron (trĭk'ə-spôr'ŏn', trĭ-kŏs'pə-rŏn')
A genus of imperfect fungi that are part of the normal flora of the intestinal tract of humans and that includes the causative agent of trichosporosis.
