trichostasis spinulosa tri·chos·ta·sis spi·nu·lo·sa (trĭ-kŏs'tə-sĭs spī'nyə-lō'sə, spĭn'yə-, trĭk'ə-stā'sĭs)
A condition in which hair follicles are blocked with a keratin plug containing lanugo hairs.
