Triple Net Lease
A lease that designates the tenant as being solely responsible for all of the costs relating to the asset being leased. The costs could include any upgrades, utilities, repairs, etc.

In other words, if you lease a warehouse under a triple net lease, then you are responsible for paying utility bills, shoveling walks, cutting grass and so on.
