Upper atmosphere is always a great word to know.
So is warning. Does it mean:
an announcement to the public that a storm or other weather hazard is imminent and that immediate steps should be taken to protect lives and property
fog caused by cold air flowing over a body of comparatively warm water and giving the appearance of smoke or steam

upper atmosphere  
The part of the atmosphere above the troposphere. The upper atmosphere includes the mesosphere, the ionosphere, the thermosphere, and the exosphere. Temperatures in the upper atmosphere decrease with increasing altitude except in the thermosphere, where temperatures increase significantly with altitude, because the few molecules present receive intense solar radiation.
