V.32bis definition

communications, standard
V.32 twice. An extension of the ITU-T V.32 modem protocol allowing 14400 bits per second with fall back to 12000bps, 9600bps, 7200bps and 4800 bps.
The modem should select the appropriate speed according to the current line conditions.
