vipoma vi·po·ma (vĭ-pō'mə)
An endocrine tumor, usually originating in the pancreas that produces a vasoactive intestinal polypeptide believed to cause profound cardiovascular and electrolyte changes with vasodilatory hypotension, watery diarrhea, hypokalemia, and dehydration.
