    a car—in the shop for repairs—which is parked against the wall with no repairs done. (The customer is charged anyway.) : Places like those we surveyed may charge hundreds of dollars for what they call “wall jobs.”

Wall job is always a great word to know.
So is bezoar. Does it mean:
a calculus or concretion found in the stomach or intestines of certain animals, esp. ruminants, formerly reputed to be an effective remedy for poison.
a gadget; dingus; thingumbob.
