What are some classic oxymorons?

Oxymorons are all around you. An oxymoron is a rhetorical figure of speech in which contradictory or incongruous terms are conjoined and these combinations are self-contradictory or absurd. People collect huge online lists of them. There are books devoted to them. Great examples are: airline food, jumbo shrimp, non-dairy creamer, oyster crackers, veggie burger - and those are just in the food category!
