adult T-cell lymphoma n.
Abbr. ATL
An acute or subacute disease associated with a human T-cell virus and characterized by lymphadenopathy, enlargement of the liver and spleen, skin lesions, peripheral blood involvement, and hypercalcemia. Also called adult T-cell leukemia.
