aerosinusitis aer·o·si·nus·i·tis (âr'ō-sī'nə-sī'tĭs)
n.
Inflammation of the paranasal sinuses caused by a difference between the pressure within the sinus cavities and the ambient pressure. Also called barosinusitis.
