angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy an·gi·o·im·mu·no·blas·tic lymphadenopathy (ān'jē-ō-ĭm'yə-nō-blās'tĭc)
n.
Acute or subacute generalized lymphadenopathy in elderly persons associated with polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia, anemia, and enlargement of the liver and spleen. Also called immunoblastic lymphadenopathy.
