  1. An artery with origin in the axillary artery, with distribution to the shoulder joint and biceps muscle, and with anastomoses to the posterior circumflex humeral artery; anterior circumflex humeral artery.

  2. An artery with origin in the axillary artery, with distribution to the shoulder joint and muscles and with anastomoses to the anterior circumflex humeral, suprascapular, thoracoacromials, and deep brachial arteries; posterior circumflex humeral artery.
