encephalocraniocutaneous lipomatosis en·ceph·a·lo·cra·ni·o·cu·ta·ne·ous lipomatosis (ěn-sěf'ə-lō-krā'nē-ō-kyōō-tā'nē-əs)
A rare syndrome of multiple fibrolipomas or angiofibroma of the face, scalp, and neck present at birth, sometimes with symptomatic intracranial lipomas.
