hepatocellular carcinoma hep·a·to·cel·lu·lar carcinoma (hěp'ə-tō-sěl'yə-lər, hĭ-pāt'ō-)
A carcinoma derived from parenchymal cells of the liver. Also called hepatocarcinoma, malignant hepatoma.
