talipes calcaneovarus talipes cal·ca·ne·o·var·us (kāl-kā'nē-ō-vâr'əs)
A congenital deformity that is a combination of talipes calcaneus and talipes varus, marked by a dorsiflexed, inverted, and adducted foot.
