Installation

1. Verify that you meet the system requirements:
• Microsoft Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP
• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or later
• Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86)
2. Click on the link below once you have finished reading these instructions
3. If a warning dialog box appears, click 'Yes'
4. After the download is complete, quit Internet Explorer and restart it
