seguir, verb:
to carry on, to go on
Seguir is another very common verb, meaning to carry on or to go on.
Si sigues así, te vas a enfermar
If you go on like this, you’ll get sick
¿Quieres que sigamos con el ejercicio?
Shall we carry on with the exercise?
It can also be used in a physical sense:
Siga por esta calle hasta llegar al Hotel Cóndor y luego tome la primera calle a la derecha
Carry on till you get to the Hotel Cóndor and then take the first street on the right
