disponer, verb:
to have

In more formal, journalistic or technical language, you can use disponer de to talk about what you have, or have available or have at your disposal.

La organización disponía de 900 autobuses para los 55.000 espectadores.
The organization had 900 buses available for the 55,000 spectators.

No dispone de mucho tiempo.
He doesn’t have much time at his disposal.

It’s a phrase you might come across when doing a test:

Dispones de 10 minutos para leer las preguntas.
You have ten minutes to read the questions.
