pecho, noun:
breast, chest

El pecho anatomically is the chest.

Tenía una herida en el pecho.
He had a chest wound.

It also refers to the female breast or bust:

Tiene mucho pecho.
She’s got a big bust.

A phrase you may come across quite often is tomarse algo a pecho, to take something to heart. Notice that you use the reflexive tomarse.

Se ha tomado demasiado a pecho sus deberes.
She’s taken her duties too much to heart.
