unbeaten

The beaten track in Italy is not by any means an uninteresting itinerary, and there is no really unbeaten track any more.

Put unbeaten egg white and jelly together into bowl and beat with egg beater or wire whip until stiff.

Mix sugar, unbeaten egg white, vanilla and cold water into a stiff paste.

These are put in whole and unbeaten, whole and beaten, or they are separated and the yolks and whites beaten separately.

Cream the butter, stir in the sugar gradually, add the eggs unbeaten, and continue beating.
