Urundi

We had passed the boundary line between Ujiji and Urundi half-an-hour before arriving at Nyabigma.

He has seen Mwezi, the great King of Urundi, and describes him as a man about forty years old, and as a very good man.

He was originally from Urundi, a large country bordering the northeastern part of Lake Tanganika.

Through Ujiji we enter Urundi, and there is again a visible improvement.

On the fourth day we arrived at Nyabigma, a sandy island in Urundi.
