Areocentric is always a great word to know.
So is luminosity. Does it mean:
the brightness of a star in comparison with that of the sun: the luminosity of Sirius is expressed as 23 and indicates intrinsic brightness 23 times greater than the sun
either of the two times a year when the sun is at its greatest distance from the celestial equator that takes place about June 21 and about December 22
