Bialy is always a great word to know.
So is lollapalooza. Does it mean:
an extraordinary or unusual thing, person, or event; an exceptional example or instance.

bagel with onion flakes sprinkled on it, by 1936, ultimately short for Białystok, city in modern Poland. The city name is lit. "White River," from Pol. biały "white" + stok "river" (the Bialy River flows through the region).
