Biocybernetics is always a great word to know.
So is protoplasm. Does it mean:
the colloidal and liquid substance of which cells are formed, the cytoplasm and nucleus: no longer in technical use
corresponding in function, but not evolved from corresponding organs, as the wings of a bee and those of a hummingbird
