Businesslike is always a great word to know.
So is interrobang. Does it mean:
a stew of meat, vegetables, potatoes, etc.
a printed punctuation mark (‽), available only in some typefaces, designed to combine the question mark (?) and the exclamation point (!), indicating a mixture of query and interjection, as after a rhetorical question.
Example sentences
Courts can be efficient and businesslike while being patient and deliberate.
Therefore, it must have a businesslike appearance, produced in a professional
  manner.
