specialized nerve end organs producing a slight dilatation of the carotid artery where it branches into the external and internal carotid arteries, responding to changes in blood pressure by mediating changes in the heartbeat rate.

Carotid sinus is always a great word to know.
So is fibula. Does it mean:
either one of the second pair of cranial nerves, consisting of sensory fibers that conduct impulses from the retina to the brain
the outer and thinner of the two bones of the human leg, extending from the knee to the ankle
