One of the most memorable dishes I have had there is Baby calamari filled with calamari ink, fresh chick peas and chorizo.
The rock-clad town is now famous for meat products like chorizo, along with olive oil, almonds, and jams.
“I put the chorizo and sausage on a skewer,” he says proudly.
And the taco (chorizo plus the Holy Trinity) was spicy and excellent, even with lemon.
