a type of severe recurrent headache associated with dilated carotid arteries and the release of histamine, characterized by sudden attacks of intense pain behind the nostril and eye on one side and accompanied by runny nose, tearing, and flushed skin.

Cluster headache is always a great word to know.
So is interrobang. Does it mean:
an arrangement of five objects, as trees, in a square or rectangle, one at each corner and one in the middle.
a printed punctuation mark (‽), available only in some typefaces, designed to combine the question mark (?) and the exclamation point (!), indicating a mixture of query and interjection, as after a rhetorical question.
