Erythropoiesis is always a great word to know.
So is cytokinesis. Does it mean:
a hormone that stimulates production of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the bone marrow, synthesized in response to low levels of oxygen in the tissues.
the division of the cell cytoplasm that usually follows mitotic or meiotic division of the nucleus.
