Acquaintance with the numeral system up to and including millions.

The numeral system is decimal and higher numbers are counted in tens; thus Tamil pattu, “ten”; iru-badu, “two tens,” “twenty.”

This is a serious proposal to alter our numeral system and to count by twelves.
